Warranty Policy

5-Year Warranty

Every Utsavi piece comes with a complimentary 5-year warranty, so you can wear it often and confidently.

What's Covered

• Replating: If the gold layer on your vermeil piece starts to fade or dull, we'll replate it to restore its original shine.
• Repairs: If your piece is damaged under normal wear (a loose stone, a bent clasp, a broken chain link), we'll repair it where possible and send it back — good as new.
• Replacement: If a piece isn't repairable and you're still within your 5-year warranty period, we'll offer a replacement or store voucher.

What's Not Covered

• Loss or theft
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage (see our care tips below)
• Normal wear and tear beyond gold replating (e.g., scratches from daily wear)
• Alterations or repairs done by anyone other than Utsavi

Caring for Your Jewelry
To help your piece last well beyond the warranty period:

• Keep it away from water, perfume, and lotion
• Store it in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or box, away from other jewelry
• Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear
• Avoid rubbing or harsh scrubbing, which can wear down the gold layer over time

After Your Warranty Ends
Once your 5-year warranty period is up, we still offer lifetime repairs for a small fee — so your favorite pieces can stay with you for years to come.
